SEQ Development Assessment Forum

Calling all DA Officers ….

Water by Design invites you to particiapate in the SEQ Development Assessment Forum.  This forum will be bursting with key info on the latest water sensitive urban design (WSUD) policies, tools and resources available to aid Development Assessment (DA) officers in their everyday work, as well as opportunities to share experiences with others in the DA sector.  The forum will be followed by drinks and nibbles to launch MUSIC Version 4 and the MUSIC Modelling Guidelines for SEQ.

IECA’s Best Practice Erosion & Sediment Control Travelling Road Show

 

A Best Practice Erosion & Sediment Control Travelling Road Show was held Monday 7th – Thursday 10th September 2009 in four regions throughout South East Queensland.

On Tuesday 25 August 2009 the Department of Environment, Heritage and the Arts came to Brisbane to present a briefing on how to apply for newly available funds for stormwater harvesting and reuse projects through the National Urban Water and Desalination Plan.  This briefing was well attended, giving good insights on how to structure applications.
